Cheers for the info archie,My dear old Dad was a drummer and I tend to really listen to Drummers and what they add to a recording....and I can tell you Mickey is top Draw. I saw Chas's band at a venue in my local town a few months ago and of course I thoroughly enjoyed them, but alas with out Dave and Mickey it was'nt quite the same.
@bernardballbag Mickey Burt. He was with Chas & Dave almost from the beginning (1977) up until about 18 months ago when he retired due to ill health. Chas & Dave's drummer now is Chas' son Nicholas (taught drums by Mickey Burt).
@bernardballbag Mick Burt goes back even further with Chas Hodges - they were both members of the Cliff Bennett and the Rebel Rousers and they had a top ten hit in 1966 with 'Got to get you into my life.' Oddly enough, Chas was the bass player in the Rebel Rousers before he switched to piano in Chas and Dave.
I love this music and them....!!!

@mollymitch1 I don't think there's any TV / professional footage yet, but all the amateur clips on YouTube from this year's tour feature him.
