newbie to NCAA gymnastics - question: why are their ending poses after each pass a lot more arched back than the ones done for elite gymnastics?

@proudpotterfan No one really knows. It used to be like that in elite back in the 80s and early 90s, but I guess when the difficulty went up, people didn't have time for such theatrics.

Hollie is such a pleasure to watch, a throwback to when floor was about the performance, making it pretty, and having good form. I would do anything to see her make a comeback in elites and go to London in 2012. Team USA is weak on bars.......
