Christianity is not separate from Judaism - it IS Judaism. Jesus - the JEWISH Messiah - said "Salvation is of THE JEWS", and Paul specifically stated that Gentiles who believe in the JEWISH God and Messiah become sons of Abraham. And the book of Acts says that "Christian" was the name first given to the JEWISH SECT which believes that Jesus of Nazareth is the Messiah. Paul also said in 1st Corinthians 5:7, "For Christ our Passover is sacrificed for us - therefore let us KEEP THE FEAST!"

I almost cry watching this Messianic congregation. I feel like these Jews who believe in Yeshua should be the people who shed light on other christians about Our Messiach. Yeshua is best described and explained in the context of Jewish culture. I want to be there. I want to be there with them celebrating Passover. I want to eat Matzah bread.

Anyone can be an idol worshipper! It means that you place something above Yahweh/God. The most important mitzvot/commandment is

1: You shall love the Lord your God with all your heart, and with all your soul, and with all your mind.

the second is much like it

2: you shall love your neighbour as yourself.

If you follow these then you will love to do all other mitzvot.

Saturday is still shabbat/sabbath.

Also religious just means you have a faith you believe in so christians are religious.

well, christians worship on sunday, they celebrate christmas,easter,valentines day, and all those holidays are from the roman empire church so if christians are doing this things that means that are a branch from catholism. in 325 a.d. roman emperor constantine made it a law to stop doing Yahwehs(God) feasts and changing the sabbath(saturday) to sunday as the lords day. he also said anybody judaizing shall be put to death. catholism are idol worshippers.(thou shall not have any graven image)
