This is primarily due to no oversight by any regulatory bodies in the medical industry in relation to pricing. I would argue that Capitalism is more dangerous as it creates classes and increases inequality between the rich and poor. If your country was becoming socialist the first step would be to nationalize the natural resources industry like Oil, Steel, Coal and whatever else and as it stands your billionaires still control it.
