Glad to hear you are having mirror therapy. I didn't notice any great change the first time I did it. I was using mirror therapy for CRPS/RSD pain. I kept doing the therapy and over time pain and symptoms of CRPS eg hypersensitivity etc became less. Then I had a day with little pain. I kept doing it until after a while I had a few days with less pain. This kept improving over time. I hope it goes well for you. I'd love to hear how you go.
I think I found a cure. I'm not making a dime of telling you the natural way I'm treating my CPRS/RSD and it seems healing it. w w w . isthisthecure4rsds. wordpress. com
Thanks for your comment. I'm glad you're giving it a go. Don't expect miracles. It seems to me to be a matter of doing it repeatedly - a little and often and over time you'll realize that you feel better. I try to make each session a bit different by adding in things like chewing gum or having a fan or heater on or playing music. The idea here is to change the inputs by adding something that appeals to the sense of tast, touch, smell, sound etc. Love to know how you go.
I'm going to try this tomorrow. Thanks for the demonstration!!! I have RSD in my left knee and it's in a particularly rough spot right now. Haven't tried mirror therapy yet but you've inspired me to give it a go. Again Thank you!!!
Nice job! It's good you used both mirror therapy and CRPS in the title as it came up immediately when I searched for those two things. I imagine the more people who hear of mirror box treatment for CRPS the more practioners will begin to offer it.
Had you used it on another CRPS limb before the ankle injury?
Thanks cszar. I discovered today that I need to position the mirror centrall and at a right angle to the body. If I don't I get a very strange sensation. If anyone thinks a video of this observation would help them better understand, please comment and I'll make another video. ( loving my new camera)

Thanks for this. I'm not sure now if I can get to it before we go away. If not look for it in December.

Way to go!
This is the right spirit - using the treatment for things it wasn't designed for - and benefiting from it nonetheless.
Keep it up! I'm doing my part here in Germany. ;-)
