Once I hit like 200 lbs though (im 6'5") I WILL have to watch my diet more carefully its true. But I really am eating 3000 calories a day. Its hella hard at first....soon Ill be up to 6 meals a day almost 1000 calories each meal.
@ec11pse Woah dude, where are you getting this 1200 figure from? Remember, each person has a TDEE depending on their age, sex, activities etc. Let's say your TDEE is 2300 cal, the calories your body needs to keep your heart beating, to keep walking, to talk etc etc. You would then need to target to put in 2000 calories into your body, the deficit should be 300 cal.
If you are running 10 miles (I don't know if it is a hobby of yours or something), then surely your TDEE would be 3000 cal.
Fitness and dieting are essential to anyone's health, especially for someone trying to get into better physical condition. It can be hard to maintain that kind of commitment. Very cool upload!

Is easy to combine the abs workout with cardio, do it 3 times or every day so you will get strong and ripped, but not massive abs.
Do not very hard exercise such as leg pullups to the bar, or full V crunches.
Do some things like spins, bysicles, pushin legs close to body than, etc. Do fast/rapid enough technikes movements, do running man. Very big abs belly is for the boxers or graplers and for real you dont need this in the real fight. Sorry for my "engrish"

Hello I'm a newer view and I was wondering if I could get some advice for working out. When you workout what exercises you do and how many sets you do for each muscle? I know it's a lot to ask but I noticed even though I have a decent fashion sense I am looking really puny under my shirt.

Hey I know this might sound really stupid but I usually eat KFC chicken fries (10) which are 320 calories, 16 grams of fat, 24 grams protein, 10 carbs, no sugar, 820 sodium. I`m trying to find a problem here but I can`t. IS there a problem with eating that. Protein far outweights fat...
@mt80008 It's not really about the numbers is what's in the food and how it's processed that makes the food itself bad. You should watch the documentary "Food Inc." It goes in-depth and explores the food industry.

@HaiDisIsAlex eating that much is hard on your kidneys...you can only absorb about 25 grams of protein at a time. anything more will just be filtered and pissed out. To build muscle it is all about calories. 1 pound of muscle = 3500 additional calories above what you need to just maintain. Everyone is different.

Why are almonds fantastic? They're pretty high in fat for the amount of protein and fiber they offer. I keep hearing they're great, though. And I even have some.
Cardio guys--yes, you can do it every day but get some good stretching in, or else you are going to tear a musle/tendon/ligament. That will take you longer to heal and get back in your routine than would a couple boring minutes of stretching each day!

Is easy to combine the abs workout with cardio, do it 3 times or every day so you will get strong and ripped, but not massive abs.
Do not very hard exercise such as leg pullups to the bar, or full V crunches.
Do some things like spins, bysicles, pushin legs close to body than, etc. Do fast/rapid enough technikes movements, do running man. Very big abs belly is for the boxers or graplers and for real you dont need this in the real fight. Sorry for my "engrish"

Thanks Aaron for the great video. I have a question though, when
do you do your cardio? Do you them before or after doing the weight and deosn't the sequence (cardio+weight) which could last for almost two hours make you exhausted. Personally, I've found it way too tiresome.
Also you mentioned you do cardio 5 days a week at least. Do you keep your target heart rate on all of them or you try to mix them up?

Hey I know this might sound really stupid but I usually eat KFC chicken fries (10) which are 320 calories, 16 grams of fat, 24 grams protein, 10 carbs, no sugar, 820 sodium. I`m trying to find a problem here but I can`t. IS there a problem with eating that. Protein far outweights fat...

@HaiDisIsAlex eating that much is hard on your kidneys...you can only absorb about 25 grams of protein at a time. anything more will just be filtered and pissed out. To build muscle it is all about calories. 1 pound of muscle = 3500 additional calories above what you need to just maintain. Everyone is different.

Cardio guys--yes, you can do it every day but get some good stretching in, or else you are going to tear a musle/tendon/ligament. That will take you longer to heal and get back in your routine than would a couple boring minutes of stretching each day!
