i know i'm nitpicking, but I remember in the pilot, Mitch says that he and cam have been together for about 5 years. so, how could mitch have already brought cam home to meet the family by the time claire brought phil home?

Yes she is. Sofia is gorgeous and hilarious at the same time. Killer combo. Loved her in that robbing Mick Jagger show that got canceled and glad to see ABC brought her back for this very funny show. Good move, this show and it's cast rocks!
Sofia's character Gloria is so hilarious in this show, and so is Phil. They should make more episodes with Phil's subtle hints of attraction toward Gloria, always funny : )
