There is NO such thing as "too Flamboyant" in figure skating!! If you wanna skate half-pipe, go skate half-pipe! Evan doesn't need to bash the inherent femininity in this sport..he just needs to do his job. People think he protesteth too much about the whole 'masculinity' thing. I am a Johnny Weir fan, because, to me, he embodies what I've always known figure skating to be..balletic, graceful..But I also adore Evan for what he brings to the sport. Let's just keep sexuality out of the convo, Ev.

I love Evan, but I'll never understand the masculinity campaign. Why do you even care if there are sequins or not, just chose the costume you like and be who you are and respect the others and their taste. If people diss the sport because of the colourful costumes or feminine movements why do you even care? One doesn't start a campaign to impress people who thinks fs is a joke because flamboyant. You know it's a wrong consideration but agree with them at the same time? :(
