  • you are truly funny. you are opening my eyes to this Illuminati crap. it is everywhere.

  • such a sane man

  • "Thus Africa." Awesome.

  • "SANDMAN! I wanted to choke the SH#! out of him!"

  • there is no diversity in race only in morality

  • "get your africa tickets ready...cause it's coming" Chappelle is the man lol

  • "Bufoonary."

  • "Thus, Africa."

    Epic.

  • daves evil laugh is probably the funniest thing ever

  • fuck the england's slave trade

  • Funniest Moment @4:51 loool

  • Funny, the first time I didn't bomb either, when it happens, well depends if you agree or not. Some audiences are just daft. Sometimes you know you screwed up before them.

  • Talking to a spych orderly from Death Wish II?

  • lol 4:50

  • @ChadBella....Shut up and learn how to spell properly like me!

  • Chappelle knows the influence of Africa, it's really the best therapy, i dont get it when ppl diss Africa. I was born there and raised there and lived in North America for a while (too stressful) went back for a year and came back so much healthier. It's because ppl in Africa don't judge you as easily as north americans do, and there is a sense of community and realism there than brings you back down to earth. i had the best years of my life there :) i feel ya Chappelle

  • @aulae good point. AFrica is dissed b/c it is behind many countries. But yes I am sure when you go home you feel more free.

  • @dirtywaysreturns even if u are not born in africa, u will feel at home. i had a lot of international ppl at my school and when they left sometimes, they missed it so much. u just begin to love it when u get used to it (depending where u go) and all the north american bull**** goes away :)

  • @aulae even if you're a white dude?

  • @illdawg1234 it doesnt matter ur race or where you come from.my school was mixed-americans, europeans & other africans.the school i went to was an "american" school (a term used to describe the english-speaking schools) there was no hate or bullying, only teasing (very common once u enter africa) but no hate. maybe the citizens might be... not so friendly at first but once they get to know you, you will get along fine. citizens tend to not touch u cuz they dont want international trouble

  • @aulae I wanna go to Africa someday (I'm 20, I have my youth) I want to feel what you felt, get a feel for what my native land is, aside from the wide-image of child labor, slavery, rape, etc etc....

  • @FreakyKong yep, africa is definetly portrayed one-sided (not that some of the stuff ppl say is untrue: poverty, violence) it all depends where you decide to go of course. if you do end up working there, the bonus thing about africa is, you get to hire a house-worker. its quite typical for ppl with steady jobs and families to have one or a few houseboys or housegirls to clean, cook, drive, babysit, and other day-to-day jobs for them. its a lot cheaper than north america also.

  • Chappelle moved away because he realised that the public are too dumbed down to understand what he wants them to understand.

  • I fuckin miss dave chappelle no homo...nigga was funny as shit...but its a cold world and dave held his own fuck the illuminati if its against your beliefs...if u dont believe in god shit u mine as well join but he's a strong individual and he gets big ups from me for stayin 10 toes down

  • Comment removed

  • i'm sorry, what does it mean when he says "when it gets more expensive than the price you name, get out" doesnt that mean getting overpaid is bad?

  • @MrFan32 he means your soul is more valuable than money...when your soul is on the line in order to recieve the money that "Superstars" get he's saying u need to leave dont let the greed or the love of money be your downfall

  • @kidd187205 there's a flip side to that coin, what if you are selling your soul for the betterment of others, sacrifice for the greater good, i dont believe in the term selling out when the intentions are good

when u got chappelle's talent, you ought to sacrifice to make as many ppl laugh for as long as you can, he didn't have to put on that dress, he could have done his own thing and still got paid mad money

  • @MrFan32 your completely right i've thought about the same shit...i would sell my soul to help my family...but your definetly right i agree 100 percent...wow someone who comments on youtube with some actual sense thanks for not blowing up and sayin all this ignorant irrellevant shit lol...highly appreciated

  • weed is legal here in the netherlands i see kids of a age 13 smoking weed .....

    lol no big deal

  • He when back to africa to reconnect with his roots. He realized that the money was just a number. He already had enough and that money wasn't making him happy.

That is deep and as real as it gets. He is not crazy, he is enlighten.

  • thats because they've been programmed to live in a virtual reality where they take only what they want to serious. Thats the problem with people they refuse to live in reality so they dont take things serious. Its like the guy is trying to tell you something shut the fuck up and listen for once! Reality is to much for people they cant take it.

  • hihì_ì_fÉël_sø_lÓnélY_t0DÁy

  • from clip to clip there's a second or two missing. of all the vidoes to do it on...

  • too bad most of the crowd doesnt know what he means by having their hearts broken smh sad world we live in stick to religion and be prepared to face who ever created such a complex world we live in... and not the one that was created by accident.

  • lol @ da illuminati laff

  • DAVE CHAPPELLE IS AMAZING.

  • he was deffo tllkin about the $50,000,000 and probs illuminati (lol) when he sed his dad sed he shud name his price and if it becomes too much he shud get out of it. his dad gave him good advice :-)

  • i once got a raise above normal in my job, showed it to my old man, and then left the job immediately because he told me. did my research why and was shocked. Chapelle's right, if you get a salary sum much more beneficial and can be unfair to other employees, GET OUT OF THERE! he didn't say it, but in the business industry, gets dangerous whether you realized it or not.

  • @TheGarcia350

What did you find out in your research?

  • @rencrow Most of the companies today, which are large wealth-owned companies regardless of region are the main reason of the corruption and poverty.

  • @TheGarcia350 That's the realest sh!^ i ever heard/read. My mom tells me that ever so often...

  • @kjosiah5 In that case, listen to your mother well because she knows very well what's going on in this world.

  • @TheGarcia350 What do you mean?

  • @ThErAmWaNtShAm Hahaha, ohhh you'll know what i mean sooner or later in your life, just keep this example in mind for later purpose.

  • @TheGarcia350 Do you mean your boss was corrupt? I'm not trying to get into no workers Illuminati, or do things looked frown upon in secrecy for my boss.

  • @TheGarcia350 Care to elaborate? I mean, why where you shocked? What did you find out?

  • should have thought about that before you got famous.

  • 28 people said bafoonary

  • For everyone wondering why the crowd is laughing at everything, he's a comedian, a natural story teller and what he is saying is real.... with humor. That's not frustration and there is no "big joke", he's entertaining and talking about his life, clearing the air after the Africa incident. The reason why you don't get what is going on is because you're not there. Quit trolling. Either enjoy it or turn it off.

  • @Amhenz44 AGREED!!!LMDAO!!!

  • he's speaking about illuminati for sure.

  • @MRCroosingTootH wooord, and the dumasses hes talking to dont realise it

  • wow why do they keep laughing at EVERTHING!??

  • love dave chappelle but it would b sick to say u booed him off stage at the apollo lol.

  • lol . i dont think ive ever seen james lipton laugh so hard !

  • Bafoonery LOL

  • the dude laughing in the begining looks like a fucking seal orrt orrt orrt

  • oh my god, never knew he was on that show

though he was making fun of it in his own show

    love dave ♥

  • @xNicoleSx actually he made a sketch about lipton on dave chappelle show

  • @The555MB555 yeah, that's what i was talking about ;)

  • he slaughtered eddie in that movie bro.....

  • even his interview is like a stand up....... just relax and do that shi*....lol

  • I never could imagine Chappelle being as wise as this. I've always wanted to be in comedy too, and I took public speaking classes so I could help myself, since I was always nervous in front of crowds. The first show I did was at a Middle School talent show, where after the first joke that didnt stick, I ran out, humiliated.

If it weren't for that moment, I don't think I'd ever be able to comfortably talk with large crowds. Dave Chappelle has what we call, "Street Smarts". Coming from adversity.

  • O.M.G they all brain washed....?????????????

  • From 4:31 to 5:12 Dave Talkin about Illuminati

  • @LucaBrazi45 No. He's talking about the corpotocracy that runs the government. Nop cult mystic religious bullshit, just straight greed and lust for power.

  • Having a good father figure at home is a huge part of his upbringing, but it's not why he is so smart. Genetics comes into play with this more than a father figure could ever do alone. His mother, as well as his father were both Academics. He never did well in school, his mother and father divorced at a young age, yea I think genetics.

  • @itsubachi genetics yeah ok riiiight....

  • it all starts with the perants. dude neva went to college but his father sounds very wise and supporting. goes to show that one should never undermine the importance of a strong support structure at home, coz its it's good enough, you might not even need to send your kid to school b4 setting him loose in this crazy-goarge dubya elected- world.

  • Love Dave Chappelle, He'a like Richard Pryor in terms of him being so funny but fool of so much wisdom. He is very respected by me

  • you can tell he hids behind the comedy a little, deep down he's just as troubled as the best of us. top bloke, hell smart

  • I have to respect Dave Chappelle for standing up to the industry and not letting the big wigs change him and his art. Lol he walked away from. His comedy is intelligent and insightful, 1 of the greatest all time. Kevin Hart is getting the push now and he's hella funny but Dave is a monster

  • When he says he was the first person in his family to not go to to college that hadn't been a slave....n the crowd laughs...that might be some of the most ignorant shit I've ever seen.... the look that comes over his face at 3:20 says it all like wtf!?! did that just happen...I'm pretty sure part of him wanted to walk off that stage after that.

  • rotfl!! I love how the camera flashes to the white people after that "get your tickets to Africa" comment lol

  • see him laughing that evil laugh HAHAHAHA!!!

    best part

  • ''WHO IS SUCKING WHOS TITTYS OVER HERE! T-T''

    hahahah!! dave rulez

  • You'll get your Africa tickets ready!!

  • classic

  • 2:07 - 2:45 -- Indirectly, that might be the best advice ive ever heard!!!

  • Comment removed

  • Dave Chappelle was booed off stage at the Apollo?!..you see why the're a very unsophisticated crowd!

  • Dane COCK opened 28 ACCOUNTS SINCE THE BEGINNING OF THIS VIDEO POST.

  • I have alot of respect for Dave Chappelle for being a strong black man and not selling his soul for fame and fortune. I wish he could come straight out and say why he walked off his show and went to Africa because I don't think alot of people really get the real understanding of what he's talking about but he knows he has to choose his words very carefully because it could be a matter of life and dealth for him! (illuminati)

  • @motherlisha ure a fag get a fuking life with this illuminati bullshit of course theres rich corrupt people controling the media but it dosent mean they call themselves the illuminati like seorisly if they were a secret socety wont u thinck it would be a bit more secret?

  • @ChadBalla Sweetheart!! Everyone is entitled to their own opinions... INCLUDING ME!!!!! Instead of disrespecting me!! You should be trying to further your education so that you can spell simple words such as: Doesn't, Seriously, and Think!!! Instead dosent, seorisly and thinck!!! Have a bless day and GOD BLESS YOU!!!! I DON'T HAVE TIME FOR THIS MESS!!!!

  • @motherlisha ca you please explain that ?

  • Comment removed

  • The saddest part about this is that the crowd are laughing no matter how serious Dave gets. U can sometimes spot the frustration in his face, especially when talkin about goin to africa. people just think it's all a big joke

  • @jagheterjonteh I agree man. You see it sometimes with people like Bill Hicks aswell. There's a time and a place

  • @jagheterjonteh Well. I think a lot of comedians are used to it. They build their entire career on not being taken seriously, and making people laugh at whatever it is they say, so it shouldn't come as a big surprise that sometimes they are a little TOO successful, if you know what I mean.

  • @jagheterjonteh and thts the reason he walked awayfrom it all no one took dave seriously

  • @jagheterjonteh comedians always get that; when Michael Richards was trying to apologize on Letterman people were laughing, comes with the territory of being the funny guy

  • @jagheterjonteh

can't believe you people upvote these 2 comments? both incredibly dumb. as a comic and the person he is humor is his communicative tool, while that has probably annoyed him loads of times, he is definately intentionally defusing every sentence very precisely. its his way of steering a conversation, making everything he says, and his overall message "edible" to a larger crowd. there is a very very finite limit to the level of intimacy in a room with that amount of people.

  • @jagheterjonteh On the Africa bit... I disagree. I don't think he's frustrated there - he just seems to be in deep thought for a moment.

Besides, he goes on joking about plane tickets to Africa. He's obviously enjoying himself.

  • @jagheterjonteh but thats what he does, makes jokes about serious topics and they were claping because they new were he was coming from.

  • @jagheterjonteh It comes with the territory of being a comedian and he was telling jokes for most of the show anyway. Plus, he's funny saying the most serious things. To me it's a natural response from the audience.

  • @jagheterjonteh sadly thats how most of the world is.

  • @k5lta i hear exactly what your sayin, the hippy fields in glastonbury are exactly the same, every1 is equal an they share an trade favours for favours , they want 4 nothing, an i believe this world is full of commercial money making schemes designed to keep us all paying , it sad really

  • @jordanignacio69 yeah.

  • 4:45-5:10

It's a warning, get your africa tickets ready, FOR REAL. Shit is goin down here in the west

  • I love watching this show to begin with, and this interview was one of the best ever.

  • 28 dislikes?

dang, must be the KKK youtubing... fucking bastards..

  • @stesta90 loll! at youtubing.. hahaahahah and thats real.!!

  • its coming?what does he mean by this.

  • @freewaykingscrews illuminati is coming were all being controlled and theres nothing we can do, the president, even alot of rappers are all puppets of illuminati free masons aka devil worshipers to

  • @netsfan1534 damn sucks =[

  • Boner at 6:00 lulz

  • Can someone tell WTF does dave say between 3:55 to 4:00 ?

  • ok check this out, at 6:56 he calls him, what sounds to me like "Single Eyed Eddie Merphy" iluminatis. what was the name of the movie where Eddie plays an actor, and he goes to therapy at "mind head" or something, and they wear pyramid hats and the all Horus's eye is all over the place.... love it

  • he comes from a really bright famly he is d ONLY one not to go to collage?? dats cool

  • "I was the first person in my family not to go to college who was not a slave" --classic line

  • "get your africa tickets ready"

  • now that's a real role model stand up for what you believe in no matter what's the price is the truest stuff ever if it gets more expensive then the price you name get out of there I'll keep that in mind I got my africa tickets ready baby lol

  • africa!

  • @tissetatten the motherland..the promise land.. !!!

  • he could make a good teacher

  • DAVE CHAPPELLE IS A MUSLIM HE KNOWS NOT TO SELL OUT TO THESE PEOPLE(ILLUMINATI) HES A STRONG BROTHER

  • Lipton is 102 years old!

    He was born in 1908.

  • heart and corporate interest love when he said that

  • dave your the man , keepin it real.

  • i honestly believe that Dave is the best comedian alive and yes i know Eddie is still living, yes i know Martin is still living, yes i know Mike Epps exist, yes Chris Rock is here as well as Chris Tucker but i simply believe Dave is the best...handsdown. Now i gotta wait till Eddie returns to see if he can outdo Raw 87 but he let Dave come up on dat azz!

  • @NICKEYBLACK35 you must be black if those are your top comedians... do you like tyler perry also?

  • @adam5185553505 Uh, of course im black, its kinda obvious...lol But why would i like "THE DIRECTOR" Tyler Perry as a comedian? Also i never said they were my top comedians, i said i know they are still alive. Besides what comedian of another race is funnier than Chappelle? JAY LENO? JERRY SEINFIELD? GEORGE LOPEZ? ELLEN?......HAH!

  • Get your Africa tickets ready, baby.

  • Dont take "college" to be "consistant" to the smart dummy below lol The true smartest idiot of america lol Dont even respond, just place consistant scenarios in your head. Think of what you dont do, and think of someone in your mind who isn't smarter who does it ten times better. Dave is the man, smart or not, and by this vid, he had common sense. Definately not a sell out

  • aaaaaaaaaa

  • Thank God almighty for men like dave chapelle.. he never sold out and hes a true shining light. im not saying hes perfect but at least he didnt suck dick or worship satan.

  • So he doesn't go to college, yet he is more intelligent than people with all kinds of degrees from prestigious schools. real good life lessons here, dave is amazing.

  • @Bassz

College and intelligence have nothing to do with each other. College can't make you intelligent, it can only make you knowledgeable about what you choose study, and provide you tools to exercise thinking.

Intelligence is a choice you can exercise anywhere, whether in book learning, or outside of it. It's simply choosing to think, be reflective and develop one's mind.

  • @Yobachi2007 College certainly helps with critical thinking skills however. But life lessons are just as important to learn. as well. The only reason why I can look up to Dave Chappelle is because of the awareness of the social construct of America, and many minorities (including myself) do. But it's not just that, but the fact that he, a famous celebrity can actually include such outlook of this society into routines, and later in life, throwing away the pretentious glam of Hollywood.

  • @Bassz For Real, hes smarter than a lot of people give him credit for.

  • @Bassz He did go to college. Dealing with literature and ACTING means you have potential to be a smart, intellectually speaker, yet i doubt hes bad at math or science.

  • You clearly don't understand the context of that statement.

  • @Bassz Well said, besides does college really teach us the "Truth" or does it teach "their" version of the "Truth", we have to be a slave to be able to pay for EDUCATION, shouldnt all people be entitled to EDUCATION? i think we all should....

  • @GhostRideTheWhip2010 College should teach you to critically think after the grueling years of high school which actually does conform you to biased knowledge (In America) These days, college is for the rich and most not the poor, and what's even worse, whereas people in Egypt are fighting for their freedom, here in America, we complain and wait and see what happens. Education is important in some aspects, but you'll also meet many enlightened individuals who get that way because of hardships.

  • @Bassz That's the difference between knowledge and wisdom. Dave is an extremely wise man. People today value knowledge over wisdom which is, in my opinion, sad. You can study all you want and learn as much as Stephen Hawking knows but never gain an ounce of wisdom.

  • @Bassz and he smokes weed lol

  • @Bassz, but he can't work for Goldman Sachs.

  • @Bassz I recommend college over the school of hard knocks to be honest.

  • @Bassz

wat? theres intelligence isn't in any way the same as scholarly activity? what are you on about?

i agree though, he is obviously an experienced person, and obviously opening up, so yeah great life lessons

  • Dave is hands down one of my favourite 'stars' of all time. He's funny, and when he's not on stage performing, he's a real 'normal'/cool guy who's down to earth. Most 'stars' I see on late night shows drive me insane b/c they're materialistic money obsessed pigs who believe they're beyond the average joe.

  • Other than the profanity... Dave Chappelle is THE funniest guy ever.

  • real shit, real people real hip hop

  • you can tell by his facial expression he loves making people smile and laugh he always looks to see if he makes the crowd happy

  • Love Chapelle!!!!

  • "get your africa tickets ready"

    haha!

  • Respect!

  • This was some real shit....

  • Dave is enlightened as can be man nothin but respect for him.

  • Quote "— PART 1,4 N 8 GOT DELETED FOR COPYRIGHTS"

Ok but i dont understand why the rest is still here? please explain...

Thanks for this anyway it's appreciated.

  • "we got liquor stores and weed"

    haha

  • God this seriously sucks that the one real man in the entertainment industry leaves. I wish Dave would start his own company and take the power from the life sucking corperations

  • why did only parts 1, 4 and 8 get taken off but not the rest?

  • it's funny when he talks about smoking weed after his show failed, Letterman did the same thing when his mornign show tanked ...

  • @Doctorsess ur so right!!!!!

  • i can jus picture Dave say AWWWWWWL HELL NAW PEACE OUT

  • hahahahahahahhahahahaha

  • I really wanna see part 4, can you hook me up?

  • just relax, and do that s**it

  • that evil man lol he is probably a mason

  • @stett99 I hope you're talking about Lipton.

  • It amde me feel better too.....weird.

  • 2nd best after Chris Rock

  • @fisherlibermannutsc Chris Rock is waste, a faggy sell-out.

  • @SmokiSounds

exactly what I was saying, Chris is the best

  • he is so cool,

    he is above black America

    No racism involved

  • @electrotech3000 "Above?" He IS Black America, moron. A part of it. You just don't get it.
