This car is the part of the fifth-generation of the Toyota Corolla lineup. And there are two versions of this car: The two-door coupe, and the three-door hatchback.
WHOOOO! My dream car!!! (I didn't even see this video in my sub box until I decided to browse your channel. lol I guess all the other subs I have blocked it out)
Haha You even have the Initial D version? Nice. That would be awesome if you did review it. But as you said you many other things to review.
Just a quick question: Have you watched a lot of the anime or read the manga of Initial D?
@TakumiFuji01 Not sure if I will review the Initial D version. If I ever get around to it (I have dozens of cars) I will be sure to use my favorite song, "Running in the 90s".
@CCLemon99 Haha well get ready for a another classic to add to our collections the 1983 Nissan Skyline 2000 Hardtop RS-X Turbo in Red & Black like Hasemi's 1983 Group 5 race car that we both have. It'd be perfect to have both the racing and street version.
@Billy145891 Totally. I think i'll be going with the white/black color scheme for that model, though. Really looking forward to that one even if it means I need to extend my Nissan case. > <
@CCLemon99 Speaking of Nissans I have all three of the 2002 JGTC Skyline GTRs now which completes that collection. I also now have all three 2003 JGTC Skylines (which are hard to find these days.) I found a good priced 2003 Gzox Mugen NSX #16 online for $105.99 hopefully I'll have enough money saved up to order it next week because that one is a rare one and sold out mostly everywhere I have looked. I'm getting there on my quest to have the complete JGTC/Super GT collection. :)
@Billy145891 I'd like to be buying more models. There are a few out there I want to get...but i'm in the process of buying a new real-world car. : [ Oh well.
Still have to finish making videos of the models I have anyway. I have about five or six in the can, but another five or six I need to make yet. The next one I want to make is the street NSX that just came out.
@CCLemon99 You have the 1990 Honda NSX? I hear it's suppose to be a great model because it's an Autoart Signature Seires model and not a Millennium series like some of the classic cars that Autoart has produced been. That means a lot of highly detailed parts which even includes the pop-up headlights. I hope Autoart will make a few older JGTC NSX cars like the Castrol Mugen NSX or even the ARTA NSX from the 2000 JGTC. I'm waiting for them to make the 1997 Castrol Tom's Supra if they make one. :)
@Billy145891 Yeah, I have it. It's probably the most solid model they've made to date. I've taken a few test shots of it for a friend, but haven't done a complete shoot for it yet. It's definitely worth the purchase. : ]
Likewise, i'd like to see a early 2000s street NSX Type-R.
@CCLemon99 Well in that case I'll wait for the Black 1990 NSX. :] We used to have a guy who would come up to my grandparent's farmer's market every month. His NSX was a 1991 model but I'd buy the black one in dedication to his car. :)
@Billy145891 Black was my second choice for this model. Red shows off the lines a little bit better, though. Silver would've been cool if it were Acura badge'd...like The Wolf's NSX in Pulp Fiction. Hahaa.
BTW, Autoart made a prototype of a Toyota Levin model at some point. There is a picture of it in the 2010 print catalog. I can't seem to find a pic online...so I guess I have to scan it at some point.
Say CC, I dont mind this but I have to ask, why have you been disabling comments in most of your videos? Have you finally had it with the empty, cocky or stupid ass comments people give you?

@MrAnsleyt Your point...?
If you read the description, I make it abundantly clear that this is a model. Also, the beginning and end of the video are pretty clear indication.

do they still make these? any good place to buy?
CrashBandikoot7 3 months ago
@CrashBandikoot7 Autoart doesn't make the White/Black version anymore. They only make an ugly Red/Black version. Ebay is your best bet to find one.

@Blarbling Nope. They're rubber. All of the carpets are real, though.

@CCLemon99 Impressive. It looks like some sort of fabric from the pictures. Also, what's the song name?

@Blarbling Oh derp, forget I said that. I was a shithead and didn't look at the previous comments.

Awesome car! i like how you show every bit of it, a real classic. i wanna get this & possibly the real AE86 someday XD
can i ask what song is being played? i like it
MK1Stig 6 months ago
@MK1Stig Thank you. I try to review one of my models once a month or so.
The song is "shuumatsu no Soldier" from City Hunter. Considering that this car is a Weekend Soldier, I think it works. : p

Wish that I can make that.

@JayMofo1115 Yeah, I have so many cars to review. A review of the Initial D version would be kind of redundant at this point.
I've read a good chunk of the manga. Never really bothered with the anime for a bunch of reasons.
