  • omg i love this..i searched long and hard for this commercial. i couldn't remember the name of the phone. but alas, i found it and im soo happy. lol the lady has a little lisp..u can hear it in pot "woast" and "gwoceries"..lmao!

  • Haha I searched for this commercial after seeing it on TV as well. Awesome concept. The eighties rule.

  • The 80s called - they want their tacky dress and bad hairdo back.

  • We see you Scott

  • gween ith fo gwocawies

  • i love this commercial! i JUST had to search for it...

    it's creative

  • Wolfmage...Sad you have nothing more constructive to do with yourself.

  • pot woast. lmao

  • Who is the spokeswoman's voice in that comes in at the 0:15 mark? Anybody know?

  • women should wear dresses like that agian

  • My wife want's to know where she got the dress.

  • I have the iphone and i switched from verizon for it. As cool as it is...AT & T sucks!! Im going back to verizon for this pre! It better be worth what breaking my contract will cost!

  • Yo, my friend just turned me on to this phone. It's the bomb! Genius commercial director...this shit is hysterical!

  • that feature is great. i hate having to check a bunch of different calendars and forgetting stuff. I was considering this phone for a while when it was with sprint, now that it's with verizon i'ma go get it!

  • funny commersh! the verizon lady is awesome. I remember moms like that in the 70's. lolling the hair!

  • Hey Sticky Notes mom, you should be the next Verizon campaign lady!!! Love the ad!

  • plus it has wi fi nobody can beat verizon and honestly verizon has cooler phones

  • Ah th big 80's hair. How much Aqua Net did she use to get that do?

  • That dress "mom" is wearing is just so freaking awesome

  • This was supposed to be launched I believe in late February...guess they released it early. Betcha we won't have all i phone drama with apps that don't work properly.

  • I'm over At&T's i phone's service. So ready to move on. This is this is so way advanced. What Chick Phone? I'm a guy and I'm all over this.

  • There's a reason mom's always have their stuff together. Perhaps you guys should take note, otherwise you'll be left in the dust with the others.

Tired of changing my phone every other year or so. This will come into great use for many years.

  • The i phone buttons are bigger, however the letters you don't want still end up popping up no matter how small your fingers are; so what's the bloody difference. The Palm Pre apps are so much better! I'm in...it's a great investment.

  • What is the name of the song ant the end? anyone know?

  • i went to the verizon store and hated this phone...... the buttons are sooooo small thats why its a girls phone so girls can type with there nails..

  • Hey guys, I just saw this ad on Haitian Net Radio.... This Verizon phone is chill. It's much better than my blackberry. The calender application alone would make my chaotic schedule much more organized. This is a must buy for all of my employees. Way to go Verizon!

  • It was with Sprint for about 6 months now ... plus Sprint's plans are way cheaper no matter how you look at it.

  • coverage is worth a lot of money.

  • When you have Sprint, you eather have network or you roam on Verizon so yes you get coverage were you want ...

  • and then you get charged for roaming in your own country? nahh verizon

  • The chances you have to ever get on Verizon's network are very slim ... The network covers most of america. The Sprint network is faster than Verizon's for data on smartphones so you get a better deal with Sprint although you might want to check coverage in your area.

  • yeah see thats the thing. where i live, verizon is it, and the only att people were iphone users, and theyre not resigning another 2 year contract. everyones got verizon where i live.

  • samalex1014 She is a Haitian actress her name is Fabiola Cayemitte that's probably where the accent comes from

  • Jude my dad just sent me this link. You gotta check out this phone and the Palm Prixi. So 'NOT' a chick phone...guys get with the program, seriously! Thanks Verizon....finally!

  • Comment removed

  • hey what accent does she have?

  • samalex1014 She is a Haitian actress her name is Fabiola Cayemitte that's probably where the accent comes from

  • LOL! The Mom Phone!

  • Thank you Verizon, for bringing gender stereotypes where they don't belong.

I'm male and my Pre kicks ass (And has a WW2 shooter on it)

  • thats not the point. theyre advertising for valentines day. haha dont worry im a dude and i want this, or the droid. ur not the only one bro. lol

  • Is the way she says her "R" done on purpose? Did people in the 80's say R's as W's? Or is it something else?

  • Fab... WE LOVE YOU!! Verizon... you should create more with her!!

  • We love your new Verizon Calendar Spokesperson!!! She's hilarious!!!

I watched it over and over again!

This is so "ME" in the 80's!

I can't wait to see more of her :)

  • @carrierolande

Super Funny! Good Stuff. Luv the New Palm...who is this woman..she's freaking awesome!! luv luv luv!!!

  • Eerie looking woman.

  • Leave it to Verizon to label one of the best phones on the market ( because of its WebOS operating system) a mom phone. So now I guess I have Chick Phone? So wrong...

  • @bcmooney101 - It looks like a phone made for a woman, considering shape and size. Palm Pre is cool, don't get me wrong. But it looks like a woman's phone.

  • dont get so self concious. its advertising as a gift. thats like saying mothersday adds are calling yoy a faggot. chill out.

  • i want to eat this phone

  • thats a scary commercial

  • it dosnt have the little circle like sprints

  • After Palm made the sprint phones with the circle, they realized they really didn't need it because the phone had multiple ways of doing the same thing

  • Cute explanation, but not really. The reason they removed it is to provide consumers an easy way to tell the *new* product from the *old* product, thus promoting consumerism.

  • That explanation doesn't make much sense because it would mean if someone wanted the latest and greatest palm pre, they would have to switch carriers and pay the ETF (I think it's $350 for sprint). And not many people are doing that. In addition, Palm came right out and said the button was not necessary.

  • did not know that dont have a palm pre plus wish i did

  • @gyuck mmm... donut

  • that phone makes me thing of a mint chocolate glazed doughnut
