  • I'm starting this one next week. I don't have dumbells but I do have a excercise machine that I can do some substitutions on. This video really helped me look for the alternatives I can do with the equipment I already have to target the same muscle groups... so thank you. You definately Bring it to your work outs.

  • He really asks to stretch before doing the exercises? It is now proved that stretching does not help in any way BEFORE the exercise. It only make you lose some strenght (between 10 and 30%) and doesnt reduce risks of injurys....

    you know thats not true. stretching increases flexibility as well fyi, which is key in order to untap some key muscle movements that can help you get stronger.

  • @crawdaddycon1990 Indeed, more flexibility increase strenght, but your flexibility isnt increased on short range. Stretching should be done after exercise to increase flexibility, because when done juste before the exercise it makes you lose strenght and may even improve risk of injurys (not clearly determinated). I've seen the researchs on the subject and I've seen it in class (physical activity at university).

  • @zaolydeck You use weights, a pullup bar, and a chair. When they say no tool, they mean no machines. It's all pretty much gravitational exercise using your body to do the work and yes its 1 session per day (some are longer than others). Hope this helped.

  • @zaolydeck you need some equipment, not standard gym equipment. The basics would be weights OR resistance bands, pullup bar (if u dont have bands), and a chair. That's it.

  • im not dac086 but ill tell you to just bust your ass in workouts and keep your metabolism high. Eat as early as possible and nothing after 5 or 6 at night. It wont matter what you eat as long as you stay active.
