[SPOILER!!] Except for the fire part (which I think belonged to a previous chapter), this scene's when Katniss hears Rue's whistle and runs to find her, and then murders Marvel after realising he killed poor little Rue with his spear... it's the turning point scene of the book/movie because it is then when Katniss makes her alliance with Peeta and falls in love with him.
