  • love sarah

  • The last phrase of the song is so powerful and touching: Luna scomparira!! "the moon will vanish" And the song abruptly ends.

  • beautiful~ and happy new year everyone

  • the oboe is terrible!!!!!

  • She has a lovely voice but I could hardly understand what she was saying...he should work on her pronunciation a little.

  • people sing the rendition of a song in the language that appeals to them... if it got sung in Italian, it could simply be it is unappealing for many in Czech. at least SB rendition is a more feminine rendition, whereas RF is a more masculine rendition, and you happen to find that more appealing. SB sings it in a way that is very hers, no cop out on her part.

  • La Luna .......

  • Sarah,you are amazing!!

  • that was absolutley beautiful..yes it sounded as if she was struggling alittle bit but she still stuck in there!!! Love you Sarah!!!!

  • PERFECT!

  • Im not offended at all, we all have the right to an opinion.

  • Hi muscle25ft

I hope I didn't offend you or others with my comment about SB's notes. I'm used to hearing this aria performed by classical singers. Perhaps you'd like Renee Flemming's version of this. It's under the title "Song to the Moon" from Dvorak'sopera " Rusalka". One thing good about Sarah B's work is that she helps to bridge the gap between classical and pop. I'm just not used to the casual style she uses. She is a good performer, though.

  • Don't apologize. You're correct. When I'd heard this was made, I went searching. It just leaves me with a large expression of question and confusion on my face...and it's not even the original song, which, to me, is a tad irritating...

  • Is it also under the title "O Silver Moon"? Anna Netrebko's version seems to be under that title in the compilation album I have.

  • Aren't you getting confused with "Hijo de la Luna", also in her "La Luna" CD?

  • the us version of her la luna cd features a more poppy version of this song

  • She doesn't hit the notes.

  • She does, she basically sounds like in the CD.

  • i love everything about this performance...i love it when she sings live...the buio va gia giorno si fa part always captivates me so much

  • and people say she can't sing live? tools!

  • love it love it what can i say sarah has the most beautiful voice

  • sarah es la mejor soprano del mundo y a dios gracias por haber hecho esta creacion llamada SARAH BRIGHTMAN.

  • Tarja turunen had also sung this song and it was beautiful. It is an emotional song, sung by emotional singers

  • where i can find tarja's version?

  • TARJA DID A COVER OF ITO.O

  • absolutely! One of my favourite songs from her!

  • breathtaking!

  • um, she can, wth? lol, she's the same person she was 5 years ago, my god.

  • wow thanks for the video! love the end!!

  • Yes~ I have the same feeling! Especially the 30th second~ How spectacular is it!

However, I also think she should sing more earnest before that.

    ^^

  • It should be 5:30, but not 30th second~
