I just heard my first MC Frontalot song tonight, and his choppy flow is amazing, as well as educated. Not to mention he is a "real" rapper because he raps about shit he actually (in real life) participates in. He is not trying to be some cool, thug, bad ass. He realizes he has talent than most of the pop rappers on your fm radio, and yet remains humble.

Nerdcore is like Christian rock. They don't have any mainstream media backing, so the current quality gets hurt. It's like early rap, like 70's and such, when everyone was small-time amateurs, possibly doing meager business on an independent label. I think Frontalot is the best nerdcore out right now, but compared to mainstream artists he just doesn't have the vocal flow that some artists have. If nerdcore gets more popular, I can see someone 10 years from now melting faces in a stadium.
