This is the coolest idea for a band they ever could have done. Instead of worrying about who the singer of Black Sabbath should be, they just did a version of the band that doesn't require Ronnie singing anything but his own stuff. That way there was lots more room for the real Dio to make it happen his way with Sabbath. He probably always wished he could just have a band like this without having to stick to any formula that was based on what Ozzy did. Wish this stuck around a while longer.

He was born in 1942 and his music career started in 1957 before the Beatles where he sang doowap and rockabilly (see YouTube for old recordings) And Ronnie was the more charismatic one who really loved his fans. And though OZZy has a big ego, he certainly doesn't suck. (At least, when he was with Sabbath)
