@LakeemSkyhook now...this may sound gross...hang with me here... take pasta cook it drain it throw in some frozen peas and carrots add butter add garlic and herb spice a small amount of mustard water to make it like a gravy stir ingredients well set the heat on medium or untill warm...eat it actually tastes pretty not bad.
