Behind the Scenes of the Simpsons, part 1

I am a huge fan of The Simpsons, and I find these programmes very interesting, but does anyone know the title of this documentary, and when it was originally broadcast?

I will be very grateful for your help. Thank you.

I have created a petition and a Facebook group, in the hope that these special programmes will be released on DVD, at some point in the future.

@KnightSlapp they're done simultaneously. each episode takes 6 months, but they don't spend all that time on ONE episode and then move on to the next one. the process takes 6 months though.
