There's reports of the game just plain sucking. Now, how much of this is just fanboy ranting, and how much of it is true, I have no idea.

I've had the game for years and I've never played it, but I think it's about time I did...

Just remember the game is eight years old and the graphics are VERY dated. The character mapping by today's standards is crude but in its day, it was impressive. The soundtrack is a winner, even today. Thanks for the Julie Strain vid!

Okay, cool. Ah, now that you mention it, immediately after installing the game, make sure you ALSO install the available patch. A lot of people had real problems with the game crashing the OS. With the patch, those problems disappeared. Search google for FAKK 2 patch and you'll find a bunch of sites that still have it up. Cheers!
