Yeah it is, Jinpachi is not playable in the PSP version without cheats.

omg this guy suck playing as jinpachi.... u do this combo and it's way better than that guys air combo D/F+2,D+2,D+2,D+2,F,D+3 thats way better air combo.... in wall attack he can do that upper cut in walls and it's way effective in walls when he does that uppercut three times or u can use upper cut two time and grab
