The right flipper coil stop on your machine is mushroomed/flattened. It needs to be replaced. You can hear the rod cycling at 60 hz (or whatever frequency your A/C elect is being served) since the rod is going past the point of holding the rod in the middle of the field generated by your coil. Get a new coil stop for each side online from pinball resource in NY (google for it) and replace both. Then you will be good to go.
