The last vid... I think it was bisu or reach did a similar play vs a korean terran player.

But instead he had 2 pylons around 1 factory similar to that last play... and he made a gateway to block tanks in, right when tanks are done being created, and used zealots to kill his base... that was pretty insane.

Actually, it's not what HyperHandGrenade said, it's because archons can float, and the mine only attacks units that are physically on the ground. :)

ok the thing is archons are "floating units" they are on ground but they ac sorta like flying units, worker units, dark archons and vultures are floating units too. Bassicaly since they float they dun activate mines/

That pylon photo cannon trick on behind minerals is not that good. You can easy just stack some workers on some mineral field and move the through minerals and destroy that photo cannon or block build.

Cancel the mines? They arent that good against goons anyways. I still dont see what was so good about that play from the toss point of view. The terran player wouldve lost regardless of the prison, he only had 1 tank. Ne ways, im not obsessing over this, just being analytical.
