Well, in my family we use D vitamine...

My mum used to be vaccinated once a year and she was always sick and quite serious sick at christmastime. Last year she got that seasonal flu vaccination again and she was sick anyway. But then she began to take D vitamine in october last year and she has for the first time in many years, been in very good health. Use D vitamine instead, start with 10 microgram each day and increase to max 50 microgram until you feel better.

Then of course, when you feel better, decrease again to for example 10 microgram, don´t overuse it..!!! -Don´t overuse anything...
