  • I remember my parents had an old 1930 Philco Radio with a wind generator and Jimmie Rodgers was the first singer I got to hear on it, but where did you find the replacement tubes. That radio sounds as good as they did new.

  • I'm restoring one now. Your radio came out fantastic! Hank Williams and the Grand Ole Opry are perfect for this radio.

  • GREAT !

GOOD OLE HANK WILLIAMS FOREVER !

    ALONG WITH JIMMIE RODGERS,

HE´S STLL ONE OF THE BEST !

  • Thats awesome!!

  • Who did the cabinet and what did they charge?

  • Приятно увидеть старинный приёмник, ещё и работающий. И музыка из прошлого... машина времени, да и только.

  • you have a nice radio.I collect them I love the sound of a tube radio. solid state has that sound that is tiny.nice radio! thank you .

  • Nice Radio. My dad has a radio like that but its a full size stand up version. It needs to be refinished though.

  • Did you use an fm transmitter to broadcast it to the radio?

  • no this radio only has AM or SW

    Probably used a AM transmitter

  • Sorry I missed your comment. I used an AM transmitter, A "Radio DJ" by Wild Planet, A childs toy really but works great. Transmits to 1610 on the AM dial.
