Costa Rica: Carbon-Neutral by 2021? Can ignoring pollution be off-set by planting trees?

for at least Costa Rica set up a Goal against global warming. and this is just a case in one million. Costa Rica has 25% of its territory protected in national Parks. We are doing a huge effort by planting more trees every year. We are a small country that has the balls to show the biggest nations such as USA (non Kyoto protocol signed yet) that we can really attack the GW together. So fuck your self, ignorant.!!!

do something about it then!, it is called lack of education reason why the operator in your video has absolutely no idea the harm he is doing to our world.  Go, find him and electric motor or at least a low emission engine...then take a video again and air it, I bet you'll get very possitive feedback...

mmm??? I bet alot of trees will have to be planted (like in the millions) but at least it's a start, hopefully in the future they can tackle the carbon emission more agressevely.
