I think they are pretty comfortable with their bodies. They can walk, fly and are very busy, healthy birds. It's just a race of pigeons. There are also other races which are this heavy that they can't fly or even move normally.

Are they good flyers? Do they take off fast of does it take them longer? Are their crops always like that, even when they fly?

They are no reace pigeons but they can fly a for several 100 meters if kept in the open air
