He got really sick and Bom made all those cupcakes and showed him a christmas tree as a present and he died . at the end of the mv thr are some korean words and it says : "sorry i couldnt protect you" i think that bom is reliving all those memories all these memories at the field

@Crystal101109 Thats not what the mv is about. If you notice at around 50 seconds, Park Bom wakes up as if she was day dreaming. The guy in this video has always been impaired, Bom is jsut fatasizing about marrying him but she knows she can't. He does eventually die and Bom goes to the field and remembers him.
