Used to use this and X Cabs Adena - wind the crowd up with techno, building into the heaviest classics of the London acid sound, then open it up by mixing X-Cabs Adena out of Rabbit's Name final build up, dropping out to the mid-track hands in the air breakdown of Adena, taking the crowd up onto a sunlit plateau of uplifting trance.
That was fucking trippy....! Ha ha! What a MASSIVE tune, what was this 94/95? Would still smash the dancefloor now! Absolutely LOVE this track! Thanks for posting! X :0)
have got to find more acid-core/techno with those twittering noises and wot almost sounds like that daggering electric didjeridoo noises! wow, would love to learn how to do that!
'It's not intelligent, it's not from Detroit, but it's Fucking 'avin' it', what an album, still one of my favourites, and as for the Rabbit track; AWESOME! I LOVE IT!
The Roland TB303......a funny little box perhaps but extremely versatile and can rip your legs off in the blink of an eye if you treat it wrong. Lucky no one used it for what Roland intended!
@Evasion311 - Roland made it as a bass module with the resonance to boost the low frequency content. Like most manufacturers at the time, focusing on reproducing real instruments. This as opposed to screachin acid that people solicited from it, let alone the Devilfish mod which was plain nasty.
Liberator. Wow. I have converted dance music haters to techno with this - once I got them spannered, put the hidden smoke machine on, lashed on the strobe and wacked the volume RIGHT UP. The roland 303. What a funny little box...
In Memory of the seriously good times had with Luke and the friendship that was built around the music that we Loved...
cheers for introducing me to the major Love in my life that was Acid Techno which brought about a chapter in my life that worked into my very soul and has brought me to this point as a creator of this synergetic energy that brings people together... Peace xx

I had a grandmother who lived overseas, so I probably only got to meet her about 4 times during my entire life.
One of these times was her visit here (to Melbourne) when I was about 13. During one of our regular family outings, I can remember commandeering the stereo in the car and playing my techno cassette. This track - and I explicitly remember that it was *this* one - was playing when she remarked, "How can you listen to this? It's so repetitive!"
oh yes. and its funny :-)

@Evasion311 Roland intended it as a bass guitar emulator...
