@dokaw If i'm not mistaken this is a RTSS and the player can actually control the plane of their desire to determine how the outcome ends. But with the normal AI I think they just take swings at each other until one of them gets lucky, or as you put it the one with higher stats will be the winner.

That kraut plane really took a lot of damage before going down when it should have only taken a 2 second burst when it hit the wing.
