When I was a teenager, I rescued a tiny black kitten from some boys that were torturing him. This kitten grew to be 20 lb muscled CAT. He was an outdoors cat and he roamed far and wide, so did I, but every time we were both home at the same time and he'd see me, he'd come running to me. He as very affectionate. It ends sadly though. I had to leave for college, and leave him behind with my grandmother. He eventually gave up waiting for me to return and was never seen again.
