@dragonmat270 lol...I have reef buddies that said if turned on its side, the skimmer would make a nice aquarium. The joke was if I "lost" any small fish, they would show up in the skimmer cup.
Public aquariums, if they use skimmers, tend to go with commercial stuff like RK2, use massive sand filters, and other methods of filtration. There are plenty of bigger and better skimmers than mine, but none operate with the electrical efficiency. It's running at 105W moving 100 ltr/min of air and 600gph of water. Dwell time is wicked for sure. :)
and your buddies are right!!!!! maibe you can find aquaman in this cup
