i think that your work with the lyrics is good but theres a little error when he says "can you find me space inside your bleeding heart", i think a better translation could be something like this: "kannst du mir Raum innerhalb deines blutendes Herzes finden", you can find a better way to say it, im not german, but wath is important is the idea, he is asking something like: can you love me?
