@derpenstein its called a gauge and alot of punk, gothic, scene girls are attracted to it, the downside when there that big the ear has a tough time growing back its kind of nasty but people find it attractive. I think muscular people are unattractive because it just looks gross and inhuman but thats all a matter of opinion
