Well this vehicle doesn't travel alone, there are many support vehicles. They travel in a convoy as you can see in this video. If you try to attack it you would have to get through air-defense missiles. Plus Russia is huge, you would have a hard trying to find all the missiles, they would have launched the missiles at the USA before you found them. These trucks are designed to travel in rough roads as well, the nuclear bomb won't explode if it hits a bump, nobody is that dumb.

well i know they travel in groups but in the past americans have destroyed scuds causing the payload to detonate but i think we could find them all with the help of nasa the cia and the fact that the retaliation would be worse than the attack i dont think russia will ever get a chance to use them and i was kiding about hitting the bump there made to go off road so that would be kinda conveint if they went off that easily

No they didn't in the first Iraq war they destroyed scuds but only the ones that were in the air, like the ones that were headed for Israel. But they never destroyed a Scud launcher on the ground, they could never find them. Now imagine trying to locate the more than 300 TOPOL launchers in Siberia, wich is many many times larger than Iraq. Let's hope we never have to find out what a nuclear war is like,
