i really like this car my friend has one and i wanna drive it everytime i go over to his house lol.....its just a fun crossover to tool around in.....too bad it was discontinued....i wonder what it woulda looked like if it was based off the new 2010 taurus... o.O
I just bought one of these. It's a crying shame that they discontinued this highly functional, stylish, and fairly fuel efficient crossover. The hearse (Flex) that replaced it is the ugliest thing I've seen IMO.
@torrancecadesigner it was discontinued because nobody knew enough about it, ford never did anything to advertise it, but its an awesome car, I have a limited front wheel drive, it's great for camping
As a former station wagon owner, I really like the styling of the Taurus X. It really looks like a station wagon instead of a truck and I especially like the roof rack along with the other features of the car. Great move, Ford!
not for nuttin but why are you comparing a sport coupe to a full size family station wagon. If your going to compare cars then keep them in the same class.
Seems to be a decent car. Ford has really improved. Even the Older Five Hundred, the Freestyle, Fusion, Zephyr, and Milan have received great reviews and they have proven reliable so far.
Well no shit, its a new age wagon basically. If you want to stand out, go buy your 100k car. For the rest of us, we'll buy whats functional and doesn't say I HAVE A SMALL PENIS.

crossover is not code for station wagon. look at the nissan murano for example, it's not a station wagon. neither is the ford edge.

Anyone know what the hell a Pendulum style engine-mount is? I don't see how they could alter the engine mounting without altering the drivetrain.
