A person needs contrast so they know what they do want and what they don't. But their main focus and energy should be on the things the do want. Thats just my point of view.

@AttractToday Yeah, of course, we do need contrast. I had hypnotherapy etc and I was taught by the therapist that if there's something negative we want to avoid, it's best to think of a positive 'antidote' to it as such.

because every word we stay just stays in our head. if we have the words 'Dont talk about negatives', all we really have in our head is mostly 'talk about negatives'

im not criticizing, just that's what i was taught when i had nlp stuff etc.
