Northwestern is for sure in the right direction with its program, slowly trying to crawl into earning an at-large bid to the tournament. They just need to fight better in recruiting better players to come there. Same with Penn State and Michigan. Most of the high school players worthy of going to a Big Ten school mostly choose Ohio State, Michigan State, Purdue, Illinois, and Wisconsin.
