procharged cobra running open bypass

This is a maf "blow through" setup and yes it has to be tuned this way. If your maf is "draw through" and you vent your recirculating pipe you will be letting metered air out and it will screw your tune. When tuned right the car runs perfect but it is LOUD when you shift.

This has a similar sound to my straight-piped grand marquis, just waaayy more agressive in the upper rpm's. Are you running straights after the cats?

hey man, sick stang!!! Just curious, is there any issues doing this. Ive got a procharged svt focus with a stock bypass. If i remove the line off the the bypass to the intake ...before it feeds the charger, essentially recirculating..... and block the intake tube.... and leave that part of the tubing off, will I get a bit more noise from it, without having issues? I dont want to custom fab. a BOV for it just to get some more noise, any help is appreicated. From anyone

yes stock bypass, just not recirculating back into the intake.
