  • thank you .. this was a great help .. great job

  • Thanks, this was really useful and funny! :D

A 9 minutes long video came out around 1GB, unfortunately with italian internet connections it takes AAAAGES to upload a 1080p video to youtube :( ..but hurray for quality!

  • Great tutorial!

  • I have a t3i and my premiere cs5 export settings tells me that there is a maximum of 20 mb per second, while you have 40...anyone knows why is that? GREAT TUTORIAL!!! tnxs!

  • @drumstudio2000 I think when choosing 1080 the max is 40, while choosing 720 gives you a max of 20. That seems to be the case with my settings.

  • SIR! THANK YOU SO MUCH! but i believe, you my friend, may or may not have A.D.D

  • Great tutorial but youre dicking around saying nonsense too much, wasting time.

    Still cool! Thanks

  • I dont have H.264 on Windows 7 32-bit.

  • asshole!

  • Great tutorial! Liked and subbed! I may posy my first vid as a video response here. Keep up the good work bro!

  • Thank you again!! I am working on my next music project for kickstarter and thanks to you, I started it and finished it today. I will come back tomorrow to post the link so you can see it! Great job!

  • Nice video. Saved me from losing my entire Hard Drive space.

  • Thanks so much for this instructional video! Before finding your video I had already uploaded over 10 videos. Your instructions helped blow the other videos out of the water in regards to quality! I sent you a video response as well.

  • hahaha you got a great sense of humour.... nd Great tut

  • Do you have a tutorial for the orb in your logo?

  • Super - Thanks.

  • I follow every instruction on your video, but I still got huge files. To get the 100mb size I need to decrease the bit rate to 2.14... what am I doing wrong? Thanks

  • Whats your youtube HD Canon Preset? i use the 60d and render in 1080p 30fps h264 but keep getting bad quality. i see other videos with brilliant quality at just 360p and even better at full hd

  • At 720p, I have bitrate at 1, and I get 20mb. If I turn up, I get like half a gig :S Im only exporting music and a small sequence :P

  • @uirapuan Are you 6 or was it 7?

  • @uirapuan He just does what the ramones song: ''i dont want to grow up''

  • Thanks, man! You saved my day!

  • Hey man great tutorial! quick question...I made a video in premeir pro cs5 and exported it exactly like you did /said but now when I come to youtube and try to upload it , youtube says its an unsupported file. wtf x.x I may be trying to upload straight from premier (the saved file)? So my question is: when you export it where does it go?? Do i need to use quicktime7 to make it youtube accessible?help :)

  • @braproductions what would you use as a present for 1280x720 30fps. my videos quality never comes out the way i want it to whenever i export it.

  • what if i record 720p video at 60 f/ps?

  • Email, text, seriously? you never get texts or something? jeez.. waste of time video. some emo teen.

  • I'm on cs5 and I cant find those presets?

  • @xXStodoXx Never mind, If you press custom and unclick the lock button next to resolution its all good!

  • Thumbs up if you watched the whole thing and didn't click out and heard his intense voice!

  • it is normal that I notice some loss quality after rendering, compared with the original? Ive recorded a hd 1080, 60f, with a canon t3i, and exported with your recommended tips, and can see a difference, not much but it is there. thanks and great tutorial!

  • excellent! so simple to follow! great work

  • Am I retarded, or does your properties for that video not say 1280x720 in the project panel? Nonetheless, this was a good tutorial...

  • @fatawa7a Premiere is an editing program & AE is a compositing (special effects) program. Premiere has some AE features, but AE is much more powerful, but not for editing.

however... my ultimate question is... How did you achieve the anamorphic look in Premiere?!?!?!?! thats what i really wanna know.

  • Thanks!

  • Excellent video man. To hell with the haters. You can't beat a free video that teaches you something you didn't know. Perhaps their time spent should be learning how to be a little more appreciative.

Thanks again for all the great videos man!

    TheBrandonMays

  • Thanks!

  • You got a text? A couple of texts? And you think we give a shit? And you're making a "free" "tutorial"? And you don't think someone should ask for more? Right because youtube should be filled with morons getting texts while they waste your time trying to learn something (don't even try to figure that out, it's a thought beyond the scope of your Springerlish brain). You are a fucking moron.

  • "how much colors...." did you actually say that? Umm...native speaker of Springerlish...Jerry Springer guest style English...ie, trailer trash.

  • So which version of PPro did they first add the "youtube" setting to? Uh...right, so I don't think that you can follow these same steps for all versions.

  • Andrew Kraaamer Intro :)

  • @softairreviewsdotcom Both douchebags. But Andrew Kramer seldom gets texts and announces it. This dude must have met a new guy and is dreaming of having his balls in his asshole, and so those texts inspire his inner little girl to come out.

  • Thank you so much for explaining this so good... Been looking on trying a new software program and this one has been difficult for me to understand. Thank you for being patient!

  • Thanks! super tutorial :)

  • omg just shut up and show me

  • @kato3000 he likes to have fun with his tuts.

  • @ElzTanko And waste nine times the amount of time it actually takes to explain a concept.

  • my ears are ticklish when he talks... ;/

  • @justiceissrvd What about your peepee hole?

  • Whats the song name during the intro...nice one!

  • "I promise I dont take part in illegal drugs"

  • Very helpfull tutorial, thanks a ton!

Got a question though: I am uploading videos of Amnesia gameplay that I filmed with Fraps, and when I uploaded those videos directly to Youtube, I could watch them on the tube at 1080p HD, but now when I cut and edit other gameplay videos in Premiere Pro, it shows the videos are 720p, and if I try 1080p the area is way to big for the video. How come on Youtube I can watch them in 1080 HD but in Premiere Pro they are still 720 HD?? Thank you !

    // Darkim

  • Thanks for the tutorial! :)

  • Thank you so much for this video, i have gone through dozens to find only one's that showed 720 idiots. I also use DSLR's they are amazing.

  • Didn't work for me :( The exported video is 'jumping' up and down...

  • 0:04 "An original Tutorial." But not an original intro. :\

  • This is the first video to actually help me ! Thank u!

  • Dude you need to try out for Blues Clues!

  • I exported a video using the default "YouTube Widescreen HD" preset. Not only did it come out as a 225 MB video (which was 4 minutes long), it also uploaded to YouTube in a wierd 2:1 aspect ratio with black bars on the top and bottom. Any ideas why?

  • This guy is a godsend - but hey! What's with the horny little adolescents "Bra Productions" name?!?!?!? LOL :)

  • Cheers!

this tutorial helped me a bunch ;)

  • im shooting with a d5100 and it shoot in 1080p 30 fps .mov. when i export in h.264 the video freezes after playing for a few seconds and the audio keeps goin and the video freezes/goes black. is it cause of my bitrate settings?

  • Thanks, that really helped me a lot! :D

  • Could you do a tutorial on how to add music as an audio track and create an intro in Premiere Pro?

  • Thank you so much as I tried to export my file originally and it was 2min long and came to 582mb and with this its estimated at only 142 mb thank you so much

  • really appreciate the vid, thanks

  • this video is incredibly difficult to watch. could you be a bit more professional for a tutorial?

  • @rprattolin You are already watching a free tutorial on YouTube. I don't think you should ask for more.

  • @braproductions For those who need more basic stuff : Visit Adobes Webpages for Tutorials.

  • @braproductions i think you did a great job... not as boring as the other tutorials!

  • @braproductions Yeah, and not only is it a "free" "tutorial", but you get 9 minutes of extra yapping in case you don't have enough of that in your life. Some people just don't appreciate anything.

  • @rprattolin Hes FUNNY!

  • @rprattolin i think its hilarious! lol i like comedy in my tutorials

  • I tried your tutorial, but it seems like the text is still showing kinda fuzzy/blurry. Any advice on how to fix that?

  • hello , nice tuto , i tryed with different settings to export a vid in 1900x1200 resolution and it seem i can't find the proper settings .. always a side missing or black borders , also the source is in 1900x1200 recorded with my screen , you have any tip regarding this ?

  • "The doors over there, just walk away" I loved that man! This is great!

  • Increase your pickle size? lol

  • as far as ur short films go..are they rendered/exported with sony vegas or prmier?

  • I record my video gameplays which capture at 59.94FPS. The highest option I can get for 1080P (which is what I record in) is 29.97FPS, so when I play it, it is very choppy. What should I do?

  • Great videos, very crappy sound. Way too low.

    No offense, just feedback.

Work on your audio, or don't mind me.

    Your videos, your choice. =)

  • Uhm, how much time will it take to upload a 4-7 minutes video with the format you chose on YouTube?

I'm asking because a video with a .wmv format uploads the fastest on YouTube.

  • Thanks for the tips; I appreciate it. Just started working with CS5 and I LOVE the added features/options. I’m glad you’re out there providing some input.

  • Good Quality but still takes hours to upload to Youtube, I once used sony vegas and i could make it really high quality and upload it to youtube within 10mins. Can i do this with adobe premiere?

  • @JaredandJacobTV Well render settings are universal to all programs. Using the H.264 codec in this video is best quality/file size ratio. So you must have you used some other odd codec in Vegas. Then again, upload times mainly depend on your internet speed. I have been in places where the same file will take 4 hours to upload then 10 minutes in another.

  • Good Quality but still takes hours to upload to Youtube, I once used sony vegas and i could make it really high quality and upload it to youtube within 10mins. Can i do this with adobe premiere?

  • it looks a lot like final cut

  • I like your Intro!!! How did you made it?

  • using the adobe after effects,

  • Comment removed

  • uhm i feel kinda stupid but.. is exporting the equivalent of rendering in sony vegas...

  • Jiffy Whip. Dude I love you.

  • Wow... 2:00 of info that took 10:57 to explain. Stay on topic....

  • too bad I don't use premiere, though.

I use Sony Vegas and Adobe After Effects, but this helps in some way.

  • well, i don't have a mac, so i cant use this program...

  • Awesome Intro BUd !!!!

  • to all the people that still want sony vegas tutorials: people still use vegas????? lol give up on vegas. you cant do anything with it.

  • pickle size.....hahahhahahahhaha

  • Great vid! Can you make the same video for Sony Vegas? I don't get the was premiere pro works

  • when are u gonna post another sony vegas tutoral?

  • People whining about Sony Vegas listen: if you want to learn the basics and some cool effects watch his early videos. Vegas is not used in the industry and so it is not as advanced and there is only so much you can do in it e.g. trying to make 3D things in Vegas isn't going to work as is it not a 3D modelling program.

  • I'm so happy ur doing premiere tutorials!!! thanx so much!

  • hey the intro from videocopilot!! nice tut

  • Hey Bra how is premier better than sony vegas and which vegas. is it better that vegas pro or the others thanks for your time

  • alex. Do you think premiere pro is better than vegas ?just want your pro opinion :P

  • Which One is Much Better the PP or AE? :D

  • @XxYuukiHime After Effects is just a special effects program, they are completely different

    programs.

  • Comment removed

  • I heard that u can do 3D in a adobe premerier pro cs5

  • i got a new computer in dec and never put sony vegas and prolly will not use premiere pro back on but im glad i still subbed to you b/c doing that like earlier last year.... i was able to watch your vlogs and ur alex squared stuff... :)

  • which is better. premiere or vegas 10?

  • Can u use wmv files in AAE for mac ?

  • Great tutorial man! I'm liking these Premiere tuts. Just cut down the side comments to a minimum please.

  • thanks

  • Is there any possible way to get Premiere Pro on Windows?
