@boksermotor@boksermotor The thing that strikes me the most, is that this hot bulb engine is a four-stroke engine. I only knew them as two-strokes. I didn't knew that a combustion from one out of four strokes would produce a sufficiënt amount of heat to keep the bulbs glowing.
The first ones, which Herbert Akroyd Stuart built in the 1870s, were four-stroke. Two-stroke oil engines were developed around the same time as the two-stroke diesel engine.
Seeing the fingerprint pattern in your fingers gives a good perspective on how small these engines really are. Bravo! First-class work..
