popping classes are hard to find unless you in LA or NYC, check out your local dance studios and find out if the Hip Hop instructor knows how to Pop -not poplock( alot of them don't, they are usually more commercial) other than that, if you could find on person to teach you a few concepts you could learn on your own..get at me if you questions
