@PruneSucree I don't eat soaked starches or beans...yuck! I occassionally soak almonds, but that's about it. I eat lots of fruit, 2 heads of leafy greens, and small amounts of fat from avocados, coconut meat, and soft nuts like cashews or pinenuts.
@Inspire2Act OMG thank you so much, I thought you absolutely had to eat raw starches to go raw, I subscribed to you I'm looking forward to see all your vids, hugs <3 !
@PruneSucree Instead of eating those beans raw , just cook them. You will feel better and wont get sick. raw beans, pulses are hard to digest raw, even sprouted. Dont be scared to eat cooked beans, rice etc. Its extrememly healthy, also you can eat your raw fruit and veggies. People who eat 100% raw may be eating no cooked food, but they actually get sick eating all that raw food, because some raw foods isnt easy to digest, what is the point when your body isnt absorbing those nutrients raw?
You can balance out the vegetables that don't support your thyroid by eating plenty of seaweed/sea vegetables. They contain loads of iodine and other minerals that nourish the thyroid.
I wanted to throw out a title of a book: The Detox Miracle Sourcebook by N.D. Robert Morse. You might even know about it. If you don't please keep in mind! you'll love it!
Great video. Thanks for the staying raw tips. I am having a hard time staying raw through the winter. I think your right about simple foods. Strait from the plant/ground without any alteration is probably healthier anyhow.
Good advice, doing complicated dishes to try mimic "ordinary food" is not for me. I cut down some raw vegetables and fruit I like in not too small pieces, and maybe add some "topping" like cashew. I'm not 100% raw, I often add some canned beans and dollops of crème fraîche. It all together tastes sooo good :-)
ur super hot.

Good advise. I hit the farmers market once a week to get fresh stuff. I love figs, blueberries, apples, all raw.

I just gotta comment whenever I hear fruit maligned. No natural food has too much sugar; or any sugar. They have carbs - it's what our bodies run on.
Sugar is man-made + refined. that's why it's unhealthy.

Will u marry me?I need a wife who is raw, =I have not met a girl who is really bothered about the food they put into their stomachs= :-(
Jokes apart,some pretty good tips.
If we support seasonal eating, then farmers will stick2 produce food in the season, which needs less fertilizers, pesticides & its more nutritious.
Thank u so much 4 the tip on thyroid,I think my lifestyle has suppressed my thyroid, but I will stay away until I feel perfect.
Rare to see a beautiful girl talking sense :-)
