  • man i was only 4 years old when Dale died and i was crying my eyes out that whole month i miss Dale so much

  • Overall its a great movie but there are a few story issues but illover look them

  • @tony13tiger Teresa Earnhardt and the Earnhardt family didn't approve of the original script and Richard Childress sued ESPN for Copyright Infringement with the film's of the "3" logo and there fore most of the events in this film are inaccurate

  • @bamakrnbrd Ohh shit i had no idea.

  • I miss that son of a bitch too much...just like everyone else.

  • Great movie, but sadly that the end dont give us any memories about Neil Bonnet, I miss them both.

  • great movie that tells a great story he will never be forgotten

  • Gone but not 4 gotten

  • I wanted a 2002 Dale Earnhard edition montecarlo when they came out.

  • GO SEE FOR DAMM SELF!

  • Dale did the right thing at daytona 500 at the end to protect his son and michel waltrip.!

  • Is that faron young singing at the beginning?

  • @1955farmall400 Sure was "Hello Walls" from 1961.

  • @hairdryer101 Yes . I had a CD with Country music from 1961 and the song was there

  • thanks for uploadingg :D

  • If Dale and Darrel were rivals back then

Why did Darrel say if he was alright?

  • @legomarmadroblox its a respect thing

  • @legomarmadroblox because just cuz there rivals doesnt mean they hate eachother plus after time they started to get along. almost any true nascar fan knew that but im sure your young (btw im 16)

  • My math teacher was born in Kannapolis, NC.

  • im a big baby i cryed at the end a lot.

  • this movie is so good but also so sad

  • I remember the story about that penny....

  • i am young did they have to give there baby to the parents or it got tooken away

  • i wanna download this!

  • @Jameron4eva lol no he wasin"t he blocking what race where you watching that day

he ran marlin in the dirt for crying out loud

  • @Jameron4eva Tell me Have you ever seen Dale run Defence at Daytona? cause he would go for the win unless he had a good reason to... try lisning to the team comunications during the race you'll understand

  • @CrazyCooter88391 im the day he died

  • dale jr be better than sr, shiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiit niggas be crazy...

  • I got a question. I heard that dale loosend his straps before wrecking and that was the only reason it killed him is that true? BTW thanks for the upload that was one of the best movies i have ever seen...RIP 3

  • ouch

  • Bobby Labontes car is a chevy when it was a pontiac

  • ps thts no dale jr

  • why is there a wall in pit road when he is giving everyone a high 5

  • 1:12:00 somethin's missing

  • How did suitcase know Dale was dreaming about a horible wreck?

  • Well Damn, Now I have to get me two of these

  • so is it true jr hooked sr and teresa up? lol

  • @justin3815 eh, he ran off in the garage and she found him... so, technixally, yea. :P

  • @justin3815 So you mean Junoir hooked up Senior with the bitch everyone in the Nascar world hates???? I'm a huge Jurnior fan bu DAMN!!!!!

  • @CrazyCooter88391 But one good thing that Teresa did that is documented in this movie is, she helped get Dale his first full-time Cup ride, with Rod Osterlund.

  • @PatPatrick01 ok i'll give her that but after Dale died she ran DEI to the ground

  • dale sr protected his son on the finnal lap and he did the right thing

  • @Adam31799 it wasn't the right thing to do, he should've let his so fend for himself

  • @Adam31799 he wasn't doing it for his son he was doing it for his whole team... besides Steve Park i don't know where he was but Dale promised his team The 500 and he did his damndest to give it to them

  • great movie

  • Thanks so much!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • 18:40 suck you

  • 1:32 it shows labonte is a chevy. labonte was a pontiac in 2001

  • so was jr the one that really told dale that neil crashed n died???

or was this just movie hype????

  • soo did they really meet at the mount pleasant hotel??? in 1981???

gotta love the ol concord speedway tooo!!!

  • soo did they really meet at the mount pleasant hotel??? in 1981???

  • the end made me ball like a little kid. RIP Dale. Forever a fan

  • nice

  • washim nd neil even friends in real lifwe

  • @famousfever2 Yes they were...the best of friends....it was through Dale and Richard Childress that Neil got back in to racing....how they were played in the movie was pretty bang on as far as I can tell....there were many stories of their hunting and fishing trips, etc.

  • lol 5:18 howd a 63 impala get to 1961?

lol hey i can see the air too! well i at least know how air resistance works

  • @gunny426plymouth is that a 63? Think it is 61 or MAYBE 62?? Long day but know it isnt a 63...

  • @econorob66 I believe a 62 now you mention, though I do suffer from "fingers too big for keyboard" so I may have meant to put 62....

  • The guy playing Dale is from a town about 3hrs north of me. he also playe a guard in The Green Mile.

But this movie was not authorized by the Earnhardt estate or RCR etc.

  • @racefan32 which one? kid, teenager, adult?

  • @gunny426plymouth The Adult at 0:45, he's also Co-Executive Producer.

  • Respond to this video... At 1:20:55 Missing sponsor logos off the TV Panel.

  • look at rustys car at 1:27:42 then look at his car at 1:28:42

  • at 1:21:20, what was the whole thing with dale seeing his wrecks. did he have like bad flashbacks or nightmares that caused him stress or something??? ive wanted an explanation on this since the movie came out. PLEASE ANSWER!!!

  • @unc12lw He Was Very Stressed and his injuries got the best of him and those were flash backs from different wrecks.

  • what year was this made

  • @crazysheltons

This film was made in 2004.

  • 1:28:40 take a good last look

  • Daytona 500- February 18, 2001

That the first race of the movie

  • its freaking daytona num nuts

  • The first race on here does anybody know the track and date?!!?

  • 32:00 Okay, they are definitely NOT at Charlotte

  • @denver924471 thats why its a TV movie. on a budget so it was shot at the rock

  • Best race car driver ever. There'll never be another 3. God bless you Dale Earnhardt.

    April 29, 1951 - February 18, 2001.

  • Only a fan of the number 3

  • #3 FOREVER A FAN

  • does anyone know the name of the first song in the first scene

    after the national anthem?

  • @kikocvl hank sr lost highway

  • @Firefighter72BG

    THANKS VERY MUCH MAN!!!

  • GREATEST DRIVER EVER!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • Really touching at the end.

  • Can u enable it for ipod/phones Cuz i cant watch it on my ipod touch

  • @lilndnhustla08 its the length of the video too long for mobile

  • The Teenage version looks like Bill Elliott lol

  • Some of the cars in the opening and ending are wrong, such as Jeff Gordon's Rainbow colors were no longer used in 2001, Jeremy Mayfield's car looks like its from 1998, Bobby Labonte's car looks like its from 2003 and Steve Park's car is also from 2003, and Bill Elliott was in the 9 car for Evernham Motorsports. Michael waltrip's 15 is correct.

  • @vidEvWill finally someone who is as observant as i am lol i didn't really notice all too much but i have seen some questionable details but its a low funded movie using petty driving experience race cars lol give em a break lol

  • @121fordfussion Yeah its a great movie, man. I just saw them.

  • Several inaccuracies dot the movie, one you see a Tony Stewart flag waving, in the 80's scenes and Darrell Waltrip is a rival of Dale Earnhardt but they do not show some other parts of their relationship, such as Darrell drove for Earnhardt in 1998 and of course brother Michael drove in 2001. Also some of the objects are not representative of the era but it definitely captures the spirit of Earnhardt who he was a racer, yet it failed to capture who Dale was as a person. Not a bad movie.

  • Thank you for uploading this i have not seen this movie in years

  • i love this but i woud like to point out dale sr hugged dale jr when he won the daytona 500 in 98..but if u watch real fotage dale sr says 'sorry you couldnt be here dale'' dale jr wasnt at the track when his dad wonthe 500

  • one of the best movies made about him. hands down

trying to upload a full race it isnt goin that well....howd you get this to upload? haha
