His formula should take care of his vitamin D, plus a little bi of sunlight. But Australia has a hole in the ozone layer right above it, we have the highest melanoma rate in the world so we stay out of the sun. Unless you're one of those tan brown wrinkly leathery people lol
I can safely say i'm not one of the brown wrinkly ones :P I hate the sun and have ended up with severe vit D deficiancy so wasn't sure if the same applies to babies.
The little pudge was SUPPOSED to be down for a nap during this video but he was giving me hell. I was trying to use controlled crying to get him to settle down but it turned out that he just plain didn't want to nap. So I got him up, and as you can hear, he was happy as a pig in mud.
Keep in mind he's not always going to have the same sleep schedule, seems you've been having that problem a lot lately. I was a pain like that to my mom too. Try moving his naptime forward a little and see if that helps, worst that happens is I'm wrong.
You seem like a GREAT mommy. I myself have two Children a 4 year old boy and a one year old girl. I wish I was more on top of the baby books...but im terrible with it...I did ok with the first one, but once the second one came along I had no time...lol
