Great playing... It'd be nice if you could learn to play without looking at your fingers all the time. Part of good stage presence is connecting with your audience when you play, and it's hard to do that when you're staring at your instrument.

Between your two sisters, the one on banjo is most interesting to me. I think she's the better of the two. That Bela lick never gets old (if that's what she was goin' for). I would suggest to your other sister using her pinky more. Fourth finger can be great.
