when i was in ninth grade we went to the wait room during gym and they had this machine, i weighed about 135 lbs and i was 5'7 so i set it to like 250 or 300 lbs and did it like 7 times, so i thought i should raise the weight i put it at 500lbs and tried to come up and my whole back made a snapping noise and it hurt like a hell maybe i wasn't doing it correctly but 3 weeks later when my back was better and we went again i was scared to use it again cuz i thought i would fuck up my back again.
Don't let the photo fool you. The photo makes it looks flimsy, but this a a good solid machine that would be a welcome addition to any lifter's home gym. Like all the equipment in my home gym, this machine allows for a gym quality workout and the main difference is the equipment at the gym is designed to hold up to constant usage. ...

Is it odd that I can do a single leg calf raise with 200 pounds? This was off the floor with my big friend on my back. I have 15 inch calves and weigh 160 pounds so that means I could theoretically stand on tiptoes with a 560 pound barbell!! I'll check to make sure I wasn't doing half reps or low range leg extensions.
i'm a female that carry some fat on my calve and i dont want to end up with a calve looking like a man....sorry to say that but i cant wear anything cause my calves are too big...
@2dangerlover Fat is lost from all parts of your body equally. ie. you won't lose weight from your calves from working calves, nor from your core by doing crunches. Fat is burned from all over your body.
