@mattmanroxs some were pulled out of storage because of the shortage, the hitachis and the comengs are the 2 toughest suburban trains IMO, i hope they don't pull them out anytime soon.

go to the williamstown train museum and you can see a hitachi there. if you go the the front desk (store) you can ask if you can get the keys to go in the hitachi, its fun, it was having something done to it when i last went there. They said they were getting an Seimens but i dont know if they did. Its so cool. It was working when I was there, i dunno any more thought.
