  • WHAT PEOPLE DON'T REALIZE IS THAT THE R.P.D. THINKS THEY ARE ABOVE THE LAW ! IF THAT HAD BEEN ANY REGULAR CITIZEN PARKED LIKE THAT, NOT ONLY WOULD WE GET A TICKET, BUT OUR VEHICLE WOULD HAVE BEEN TOWED FOR BEING LESS THAN 15 FEET FROM A FIRE HYDRANT !

  • What you are watching is the R.P.D.'s Double Standard ! If this were any of us taxpayer's vehicle parked in this fashion, and especially this close to a fire hydrant, not only would we be ticketed, but our vehicle would be towed ! Seconds before I took this video, Chief James Sheppard laughed in my face when I told him he had parked illegally!
