Lubchenco sucks as head of NOAA. This bitch cannot or will not provide a RELIABLE weather service, as many if not all of the Flash weather pages do not operate properly with IE 8... MANY e-mails have gone un-answered and the weather pages still "operate" as this UNQUALIFIED head. THEY JUST DO NOT WORK...
