i won't say it doesn't hurt, because the first few times you do it, it will.. but it's not incredibly painful.

I am not hating but I feel as if they dont really explain what to do like they say "Now for the backwards roll" but all they do is let the girls do it they dont actually say HOW you make your body go back etc. Idk maybe its just me, they are very good though :)

@beachgirl445 Because in the Level 2 USAG compulsory routines they are required to land it like that. Supposedly it helps with the progression for the round-off, but as a coach I don't see it helping at all.

bless i thought those little girls were so cute doing them. and that man is there to support them and keep them at the right posture so they dont injure them selves hes not a preve or anything just doing his joband i think that the parents would feel a little more settled knowing that there was a traineed instructer supporting their daughters as even simple gymnastics can be dangerous without the correct training or preperation.
